Simply no complaint, great stay. Deluxe hotel with marvellous location right next to the bus stop in the Gruz district. A lot of food at breakfast, such as coffee and tea. Location next to 35 local currency taxi fee to old town, Port, and supermarket.

The room we had was good sized and spotless with a terrace, wonderful view plus excellent views.

Location close enough to the Center and Port, bus terminals and the old town. Plus, 5 minutes drive from Grand Mosque. Comfy beds, a work desk, coffee/tea making equipment, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the room. A bathtub in the bathroom.

I had a perfectly pleasant experience here, everything was perfect, the location was excellent really close to the main port of dubrovnik, ferry and bus and bus terminals. Thoroughly enjoyed the room with a terrace, my bed was comfy...

Make sure you stay in the twin/double room with the view of the sea. Thoroughly enjoyed the fact that we chose it, would love to return.

Everything was simply perfect. I stayed in this deluxe hotel for 1 day, had perfectly pleasant experience, liked its perfect location close enough to the Main Bus Station and all the restaurants, cafes and a large supermarket and restaurants.

The room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities for a romantic escape. The location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants, bars, and transportation options. We also enjoyed the stunning views from the private terrace, especially during sunset.

The cleanliness standards did not meet our expectations, and we found several areas that were not properly cleaned. the room lacked sufficient soundproofing, making it difficult to have a quiet and intimate atmosphere during our stay.

The owner of Room Avdic was incredibly helpful in showing me the best way to get around the city and provided me with a map that had bus information, which was a lifesaver. The room itself was clean and spacious, with all the amenities I needed for a short stay. The highlight was definitely the terrace with its breathtaking view of the harbor. The location was also great, with a bus stop, supermarket, and several restaurants within a couple of minutes' walk. The owner even went above and beyond by carrying my heavy suitcase upstairs and allowing me to check out later due to my late flight. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Room Avdic.

This hotel is a hidden gem! The location couldn't be more convenient - right by the bus station and a stone's throw away from the supermarket. And the fact that it's right next to the bus stop to explore the city is a total bonus. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the terrace offers stunning views day and night. Plus, the value for money is unbeatable. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!
